The Skull springer
(Interested in a custom piece?, please contact us)
In the year 1348, a dark traveling circus wandered through the plague-ridden villages of Europe. Their most feared attraction was the **Skull Springer**: a dark brown skull mounted on a metal spring, attached to a weathered wooden block with a human heart fixed to the front.
According to legend, the skull once belonged to **Aldren**, a mad plague doctor who tried to bring his deceased daughter back to life through forbidden experiments. When the ritual failed, both his body and soul vanished — leaving behind only his skull and heart.
During every performance, the skull would slowly begin to move once all the lights went out. Then it would turn toward a single person in the audience.
That person would die within three days.
Yet people kept coming. Some wished to look death in the eyes. Others believed the Skull Springer possessed secrets about life and healing.
But the circus performers whispered something else:
That the skull did not curse people…
it was searching for someone brave enough to finally destroy it.
